I am reserving judgement, wasn't particularly impressed with her but am willing to give her another session. Can only see her every two weeks because she is so busy so I will see.
Today it was six months since my Dad passed away. It was hard to not think about it too much. I didn't want to become overwhelmed with it. So I spent the day with Kylie and we did a few things for everyone for Valentines day tomorrow, made them all special lunches and things.
Am reading 'The Queen's Fool which is the second Phillipa Gregory novel about the Tudor's. This book is about Queen Mary's rein, she is the first legitimate daughter of Henry VIII. One of the reasons I love these novels is because Phillipa Gregory uses a lot of acurate facts so it is like getting a history lesson at the same time as a great story.

I feel for you, grief is a horrid thing to deal with.
ReplyDeleteIt took 4 deaths & 30 years to get counselling & it was a let down. The woman told me I was wrong to feel how I did!! Needless to say I didn't go back.
