Fantastic Weekend

Thanks to Barbie and her team I had another fantastic weekend at Scrapbook camp. You will not find a lovelier group of ladies. As usual, we ate wonderful food, bought gorgeous scrapbook products, slept in a comfortable bed, talked about books, scrapbooking, kids, husbands and life in general. We laughed, we cried, we made new friends and caught up with old ones. As we drove home we talked about how much fun we had and that we can't wait to go again in October. The women that we see at camp have become such good friends and now with Facebook and Blogging it is easier to keep in touch with them in between camps.
This camp I was quite productive and I completed 8 layouts, which was pretty good (will post photos tomorrow). I got all my cuddles after I'd arrived home, everyone looked through my album (actually asked to see it), was amazed at how much I did, told me how bored they were because I wasn't here and it rained so they couldn't play any sport. Their only entertainment was to tease and annoy poor Kristianne, who is coming to the next camp rather than stay at home with the 3 boys. I then got a phone call from my married daughter Kylie, my Mum and then whilst eating my yummy roast dinner, my Dad. So I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone to Crestmead, Beaudesert and Thursday Island. So I missed family dinner but I couldn't hang up on my Dad since he rang from Thursday Island and I only talk to him every couple of weeks.
Apart from coming home to a yummy roast pork dinner, the house is also lovely and clean which means I can have a nice relaxing day tomorrow. I'm a lucky girl! So I'm off to have an early night. Hope everyone had a lovely weekend!
